The Licensing Pathway offers Academy graduates a guided and integrated way to begin applied practice, without the pressure of entering real-world work too quickly or independently. It is designed as a supported transition, allowing participants to engage with the community in a grounded and manageable way.
The Academy focuses on a sustainable and holistic approach across different life stages.
In working with children, the focus is not on boosting performance, but on supporting balanced and contented growth. Parents are included closely, so that early awareness and support can be established together.
During adolescence, the approach is to listen, accompany, inspire, and support young people with ethical boundaries, responsible care, and thoughtful exploration.
For adults, the emphasis is on reconnecting with a sense of sufficiency, moving away from comparison and competition towards a more settled and meaningful engagement with life.
Corporate and institutional wellbeing is also an important area of focus. Since many people spend seven to eight hours a day at work, employee wellbeing can become an important starting point for supporting how people live, relate, and carry their roles beyond the workplace.
This licence is structured as a practical opportunity for those who wish to serve their communities with sincerity and care, while also developing a modest and sustainable source of income.
Ongoing supervision is provided to support the licensee in the delivery process, offering space for reflection, guidance, and inquiry into practice.
Licensees are expected to take responsibility for their own basic management, communication, and marketing efforts, so that they may make meaningful use of this opportunity within their own context.
The licensing pathway does not confer clinical qualification or independent therapeutic status. Practice remains within defined non-clinical or supported contexts unless the participant holds relevant professional credentials.
Entry into the Licensing Pathway is by application and is considered based on:
