Payment Policy

Payment is required in advance to confirm sessions, services, or programme participation. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of suitability and availability.

Art Therapy Academy does not offer instalment plans or deferred payment unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Individual Therapy, Supervision, and Consultation

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged at the full fee

Programmes and Groups

  • Programme fees are generally non-refundable once commenced
  • Any exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis

Art Therapy Academy provides services internationally through online delivery.

Educational programmes are non-clinical and psycho-educational. Individual therapy, supervision, and consultation are provided subject to professional and jurisdictional considerations.

Participants and clients are responsible for ensuring services are appropriate within their local laws and professional regulations.

Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected in relation to programme enquiries or participation is processed solely for administrative and communication purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Personal data is not shared with third parties and is retained only for as long as necessary for programme administration.
